Position Summary
The Director, US EdTech Operations serves as Chief of Staff to the Vice President, US EdTech, acting as a strategic force multiplier to drive alignment, execution rigor, and operational excellence across the US EdTech organization. This role leads the US EdTech data and analytics agenda, oversees the Strategic Meetings Management function (including third-party contractors), and ensures a high-performing operating cadence for leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Chief of Staff & Executive Operations:
• Lead leadership cadence including LT meetings, strategic forums, agendas, pre-reads, decision tracking, and follow-ups.
• Translate VP priorities into executable workstreams with clear accountability and milestones.
• Prepare executive narratives, presentations, and materials for key leadership moments.
Data & Analytics Leadership:
• Own the US EdTech data and analytics strategy, dashboards, and KPI governance.
• Drive actionable insights to support leadership decisions using Power BI, Excel, and enterprise tools.
• Partner with enterprise data teams to ensure data integrity and one source of truth.
Strategic Meetings Management:
• Oversee end-to-end strategic meetings operations across US EdTech.
• Lead third-party agencies and contractors; manage SLAs, QBRs, and performance.
• Ensure compliance, financial discipline, and high-quality event execution.
Financial & Compliance Oversight:
• Manage BPO budgets, POs, invoicing, and vendor governance.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance on audits, reconciliations, and risk management.
People & Contractor Leadership:
• Lead and develop internal operations and analytics teams.
• Oversee onboarding, performance, and productivity of external contractors.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree ; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years experience in operations, analytics, strategy, or chief-of-staff–type roles.
• Demonstrated leadership in data analytics, executive operations, and vendor management.
• Strong executive communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Success Measures
• Effective executive cadence and decision closure.
• Adoption and impact of analytics and dashboards.
• Strategic Meetings Management SLA performance and compliance readiness.
• Financial discipline and operational efficiency.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
