Your day to day

  • Drive disciplined execution through exceptional organization, structure, and follow-through to turn conversations & plans into tangible outcomes 
  • Orchestrate organizational planning and priority-setting in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment and effective execution across teams.
  • Lead with a hands-on, organized approach that brings clarity, discipline, and momentum to complex initiatives - managing functional-wide project planning and overseeing timely, on-budget delivery by coordinating resources and mitigating risks.
  • Analyze market and technology trends to inform strategy, while creating executive communications to drive clarity, buy-in, and progress tracking.
  • Implement clear structure and drive process improvements and KPI development to optimize operations, measure success, and identify areas for growth.
  • Support and operationalize release and change management processes, enabling structured release calendars, quality gates, readiness checks, and stronger coordination across impacted teams.
  • Coordinate unified governance and compliance routines across Corporate Products platforms to ensure consistent controls, documentation, and risk oversight.
  • Foster leadership alignment and a supportive culture through meeting facilitation, goal-setting, recognition, and cross-functional collaboration on key initiatives. 

What we need from you

  • 8 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in strategy, project/product management, product development, corporate platforms (ERP, HCM), or operations.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, release management, compliance, and leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and build consensus across all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams and working closely with senior executives, maintaining confidentiality and a product-focused, customer-centric approach.
  • Product mindset proficiency focused on delivering customer value, iterative improvement, data-driven decision-making, and aligning business goals with user needs.
  • Familiarity with Corporate/Back Office tools and platforms (e.g.,  Oracle Fusion SaaS, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, and workflow automation) and ability to drive adoption across teams.

Travel - minimum of 10%

Location - this role can be based in any major metropolitan city in the US.

The salary for this role is $155,000 to $170,000.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
