Job Summary:
This role is responsible for optimizing the BCS supply chain network to enable above market revenue growth through strong customer satisfaction, optimized manufacturing costs, and debottlenecking of constrained flow paths. The position will be responsible for aligning manufacturing capacities with commercial opportunities utilizing Sales and Operations Planning processes including demand management, operations management, and optimizing the logistics and capacity utilization across the network to increase top line growth and margin expansion. The position will manage forecasting, sales and operating planning process, and network optimization through loading and outsourcing utilization. The sales and operations process will develop and execute a vision that delivers operational excellence, resulting in best in class customer service and efficiency. The selected candidate will need to establish best in class supply chain processes, along with metrics necessary to track effectiveness, efficiency, and opportunities. The position will also need to develop a strategic sourcing process to leverage capacity and improve reaction time and costs of market changes and disruptions.
Lead the S&OP process to an Integrated Business Management maturity level
Execute S&OP processes for 5 plant locations and 10 service center locations in North America first
Accountable for the processes to gather and generate the sales forecast and operational capacities to enable business unit level discussions on risks and opportunities ahead
Track and maximize operation’s demonstrated capacity and flow path capacity utilization
Achieve BCS delivery performance targets (90% for 2026)
Training and facilitation for S&OP processes
Build a weekly S&OE cadence to create visibility throughout the month on how we are tracking against the monthly S&OP plan.
Monitoring and coaching of standard monthly business cycle processes
Facilitation/technical support of supply chain improvement work
Understanding of significant plant outages and capacity/supply/inventory effects
Problem-solving support
Capture supply chain best practices and ensure they are shared and standardized across the organization.
Evaluate and recommend investments in people, capacity, and process that enable top line growth and margin expansion
Implement engineered inventory design targets and process to implement in conjunction with location manufacturing teams
Also note:
This role requires implementation of new management and analytical standards across multiple disciplines and locations. Following initial implementation of the standard, the role will become responsible for driving a compliance and continuous improvement mindset across multiple areas of S&OP (Capacity, Metal, Supply, Transportation).

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience leading project work and change management initiatives
Strong analytical skills; including experience in process mapping, project and program management, implementing and leading change
Proven ability to collaborate, lead, coach, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across all levels
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business from an accredited institution
Minimum of 10 years industry experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Planning
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this location
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution
Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma certified
APICS certified
