Indiana Health Centers, Inc. (IHC) is a mission-driven organization providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to underserved and uninsured populations since 1977. At IHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center, we specialize in integrated care which means having access to essential services to meet the needs of patients we serve in the community. With ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, a Mobile Health Unit, and in-house Pharmacy services (select locations), we offer primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to community-based patient populations throughout Indiana that are diverse in age, educational background, and income level.
The Director of Operations contributes to IHC’s mission and goals of client satisfaction, quality of care, and productivity; oversees and ensures the effective and efficient management of the overall operation of all Indiana Health Centers through cooperative policy development, regular monitoring, and follow-up. Ensures compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, IHC’s mission, vision, values, and strategic plan; performance objectives, and accreditation standards.
IHC North Region locations include IHC South Bend, IHC Bendix, and IHC Michigan Street.
Evaluation of performance
Performance will be evaluated based on meeting specific goals, productivity measures, employee satisfaction scores, and other quality indicators for this position such as: IHC strategic objectives; site strategic objectives; functional capabilities; leadership and/or employee capabilities; IHC commitments, quality measures, and productivity measures.
