Overview

Elevate your career with a leadership role at one of downtown St. Louis’ premier Marriott hotels. We’re seeking an accomplished Director of Operations who brings a strong Marriott background, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a track record of enhancing operational performance through process improvement and thoughtful change management. Our property serves a blend of business travelers and seasonal leisure guests, especially during baseball season, creating an exciting, high-energy environment with no two days the same.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:
  • Marriott brand experience (highly preferred; strong understanding of brand systems, tools, and standards)
  • Proven success leading and developing diverse teams in a full-service hotel
  • A strong history of driving process improvement, operational efficiencies, and service innovation
  • Experience navigating change management and inspiring teams through transition
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of management experience in hotel operations
  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
