Director of Operations
Who are we?
Freedom House exists to SHOW PEOPLE WHO JESUS IS. Every person we hire must carry a heart to reach lost people and a deep love for the Church. God is writing an unlikely story here in the Midwest, and we believe He is positioning His Church for a meaningful movement that brings glory to His name alone.
Freedom House is a growing, mission-driven church in a season of bold transition and renewed faith. After selling our former property and becoming debt-free, we relocated onto the campus of a local university; embracing a lean, flexible, and highly collaborative ministry model. We gather for worship in shared campus spaces, operate from on-campus offices, and partner closely with community and institutional leaders. This environment requires clarity, adaptability, professionalism, and strong systems that serve people rather than slow them down.
We aren’t perfect but we deeply love Jesus, we love people. If you believe in working really hard AND laughing really hard with the people you work with, this just might work.
