In this key leadership role, you will ensure high-quality project execution, efficient resource management, and smooth collaboration between departments to deliver top-notch residential remodeling projects on time and profitably. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Execution: Own day-to-day operational performance across multiple active residential remodeling projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability.
• Scheduling & Resource Planning: Create and maintain a predictable scheduling system, ensuring alignment between labor, materials, and subcontractor capacity with sales pipeline and project commitments.
• Financial & Performance Management: Protect profitability by managing project margins, labor efficiency, material controls, and change order discipline. Implement KPIs for tracking operational performance.
• Quality & Client Experience: Ensure consistent quality control, elevate the homeowner experience, and maintain high standards in safety, communication, and job site cleanliness.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop project managers and operational staff to deliver top-tier performance. Strengthen subcontractor relationships through clear expectations and performance reviews.
• Systems & Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in job tracking, documentation, communication, and overall operational efficiency as the company grows.

What You Bring

• Experience: 15+ years in operations leadership, ideally in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement. Experience in design/build operations is preferred.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-project operations and lead teams toward achieving goals. Strong experience in scheduling, subcontractor management, and client experience.
• Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of margin, labor productivity, job costing, and cost controls.
• Process-Driven: Ability to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), enforce standards, and improve throughput.
• Strong Communication: Clear communicator who resolves conflict, aligns teams, and holds high standards without drama.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and job tracking systems (Excel, CRM, project management tools).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 - $200,000 based on experience, plus performance bonuses.
