Description

Midwest ENT Specialists is a growing, patient-centered organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-value healthcare. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across our clinical and administrative teams. 


This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a multi-specialty practice that includes ENT, Allergy & Asthma, and Facial Plastics. The Director of Operations will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and foster collaboration to support exceptional patient experiences and organizational excellence. 


The Director of Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the core operational structure of the organization. This role oversees Clinical Operations, Patient Scheduling, and Site-Based Leadership with responsibility for:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care
  • Advancing strategic initiatives
  • Enhancing operational efficiency and clinic flow
  • Leading process improvement
  • Supporting provider and staff needs
     

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives, operational goals, policies, and procedures to maximize efficiency and elevate the patient experience.
  • Provide direction and ongoing leadership development to operational and scheduling teams in alignment with Midwest ENT Specialists’ mission, vision, and values.
  • Evaluate clinical and business operations to identify improvement opportunities and apply effective change management strategies.
  • Partner closely with Midwest Surgery Center and coordinate operational efforts with business divisions including Midwest Hearing and Midwest Facial Plastics to promote operational integration, communication, and excellence in patient care.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and medical community standards to guide decision-making.
  • Oversee quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business management or related field.
  • 5 years of operations and/or administrative experience in a health care environment.
  • High level proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master of Business Administration or Master of Health Administration degree
  • Progressive management experience
