DIRECTOR OF MARKETING OPERATIONS & GROWTH SYSTEMS

Our client, a luxury safari company, is searching for a Director of Marketing Operations and Growth Systems. This is a senior operational systems role responsible for the structure, integrity, and performance clarity of the company’s marketing and revenue infrastructure. This role ensures that strategy translates into disciplined, measurable execution.

 

The Director of Marketing Operations & Growth Systems serves as the operational leader of the marketing function, coordinating internal contributors and external partners to ensure marketing activity operates as a coherent, data-driven system.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Qualities

  • Think structurally and bring discipline to how marketing systems, data, and processes operate.
  • Bring rigor to attribution, KPI definition, and ROI measurement.
  • Balance strategic thinking with strong operational execution and follow-through.
  • Are comfortable leading and coordinating internal contributors and external
  • Understand how to operate in a prestige or luxury brand environment where discretion and performance discipline must coexist.
  • Are comfortable working directly in a founder-led organization with high visibility and fast decision cycles.

 

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or revenue operations roles with responsibility for marketing execution and infrastructure.
  • Experience leading or coordinating marketing teams that include internal contributors and external agencies.
  • Salesforce CRM architecture, including data models, lifecycle stages, reporting structures, and integrations.
  • Marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo), including segmentation and lifecycle campaign implementation.
  • Experience overseeing paid media agencies and SEO partners with accountability for performance outcomes.
  • Experience analyzing funnel performance and improving conversion across complex customer journeys.
  • Marketing analytics environments (GA4, tracking implementation, UTM governance) and performance measurement across channels.
  • Experience designing or maintaining attribution frameworks that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Experience operating in high-consideration purchase environments with long decision cycles.
  • Experience in luxury, private aviation, UHNW services, high-end real estate, or similar sectors preferred.
