The Role

The Direct Sales Operations Coordinator plays a central role in supporting Dillon’s direct‑delivery sales channels by owning the day‑to‑day execution of order processing, invoicing, and fulfillment. This role supports on‑premise customers (bars & restaurants), duty‑free outlets, select wholesale partners, and all direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) platforms. You will be acting as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, external partners, ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, service standards are consistently met, and the sales team is supported in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in Sales, Warehouse & Logistics, and Finance to keep our direct sales engine running smoothly.

Direct Sales & Order Fulfillment

  • Process, invoice, and coordinate fulfillment of all direct-to-licensee and duty-free orders shipped from the distillery
  • Troubleshoot order, delivery, or inventory issues in collaboration with on-site logistics, warehouse teams, and third-party courier partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and the on-premise sales team regarding order status and issues

Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) & Corporate Gifting

  • Manage all DTC e‑commerce orders end‑to‑end, including customer correspondence, packing, shipping, and delivery coordination
  • Support corporate gifting programs and seasonal initiatives, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of execution

Wholesale & Third‑Party Channels

  • Support select wholesale and food‑service sales channels, including order coordination, reconciliations, and shipments
  • Assist with documentation and communication related to third‑party sales partners as required

Operational Support & Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison for product sample requests, national programming support, and competition entries
  • Maintain inventory of shipping and packing materials and ensure service and presentation standards are met
  • Support sales reporting, inventory tracking, month‑end processes, and internal system updates
  • Assist with accounts receivable support as needed, including tracking and maintaining net‑30 payment terms

Who You Are

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
  • Experience in a customer‑facing or operational role such as retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in spirits, beverage alcohol, or food & beverage is an asset, but not required
  • Self‑starter with a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset and positive attitude

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $58,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
