- Leads day‑to‑day activation of DS&O’s operating system. Translates goals into quarterly plans and work packages, runs the business rhythm for assigned areas, engineers and rolls out processes, and drives cross‑functional execution to measurable outcomes
- Serves as the engagement lead for specific initiatives and processes, ensuring clarity, speed, and follow‑through
- Build quarterly/annual plans and Goals | KPI packages from strategic DIO priorities; align owners, milestones, and measures
- Prepare and run reviews (content, insights, risk flags); maintain the integrated tracker for assigned scope
- Partner with D&A to specify reporting needs; validate data quality and drive actions from insights
- Map current state, analyze gaps, and draft future‑state designs and requirements for priority processes
- Pilot, enable, and roll out processes; document “what good looks like,” guard standards, and gather feedback to refine
- Define process‑level KPIs/ROI and operate the closed‑loop—measure, learn, and improve
- Convert initiatives into structured work plans with scope, deliverables, owners, and timelines; manage sequencing and interlocks
- Run the governance cadence (agendas, materials, decisions, follow‑through) and keep a single view of risks and dependencies
- Ensure initiative activation across impacted teams—expectations clear, decisions timely, issues escalated early
- Operate the day‑to‑day drumbeat for assigned cost/efficiency projects; track benefits, quantify variances, and propose corrective actions
- Partner with Finance/Procurement on data pulls, spend analyses, and opportunities to optimize
- Surface risks early and drive owner‑level accountability to hit targets
