Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can effectively drive demand planning and inventory management with rigor and collaboration! As the Demand Planning Manager, you will supervise a dedicated team and actively contribute to optimizing sales forecasts and inventory levels, while coordinating product launches and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of planners and inventory specialists, fostering their growth and motivation;
  • Ensure accurate demand forecasting model including market trends and promotional plan to historical sales data;
  • Ensure collaboration between sales, operations, marketing, logistics, and procurement teams to build coherent and aligned plans;
  • Design, develop, and deploy analytical tools, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making;
  • Collaborate with market managers to plan product launches and align inventory with sales;
  • Support leadership through advanced analysis of inventory movements and contribute to optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing teams in demand planning and inventory management contexts;
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and other analytical software; experience developing tools in cooperation with BI or IT teams is an asset;
  • University degree in operations management, logistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, or related field;
  • Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively across diverse functional teams.
