Demand Planner (12 months' Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner (12 months’ contract) to develop accurate demand forecasts and serve as the key integration point between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. In this role, you will analyze historical trends, identify demand drivers, build statistical forecast models, and lead crossfunctional alignment to create a reliable rolling 24month demand plan. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and statistical modeling skills, at least five years of demand planning or supply chain experience, expertise with forecasting tools, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.     Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)  Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible)  Salary: $75,500 - $94,500 per year    In this role, you will:  Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons and aggregation levels.   Lead demand driver reviews, aligning Sales & Marketing inputs into a unified demand signal.   Support product lifecycle planning, including new product launches and SKU rationalization.   Conduct forecast variance analysis, perform RCA, and drive corrective actions with crossfunctional teams.   Publish key forecasting KPIs, improve forecasting processes/systems, and translate demand plans into operational signals for Supply Chain.   You have:  Strong forecasting expertise, with 5+ years in demand planning and supply chain.   Technical depth in statistical modeling, using tools like Forecast Pro, John Galt, SAP APODP, or similar.   Experience managing highSKU, seasonal businesses, understanding market and customer dynamics.   Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.  Crossfunctional leadership capability, influencing Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on demand plans.    You get:  Great benefits (healthcare, health & personal spending accounts, wellness days, Employee & Family Assistance Program) Company provided RRSP $300.00 per year to spend on company products Employee discount pricing Employee appreciation events & rewards  Free onsite parking   Exclusive discounts with various vendors  Costco membership        Why us?  We’re much bigger than you think, 30+ natural health brands loved across North America Proudly Canadian owned & operated and a Certified B Corp company    Learn more about us here: https://ca.naturalfactors.com/pages/our-nature  FGOffice
