Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $21-$23/hour.

Job Purpose:
The Customer Supply Chain Summer Student will play a key role in advancing digital and operational efficiency within the Customer Supply Chain team. This role will focus on leveraging AI tools — such as Microsoft Copilot for Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications — to streamline workflows, enhance analytical outputs, and improve data-driven decision-making. The student will also support the evolution of Power BI dashboards to deliver more actionable insights, ultimately contributing to improved customer logistics performance and supply chain effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR Supply Chain career. These responsibilities include some of the following…
- Supply Chain AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot, to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and enhance team productivity across applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Supply Chain Analytical Capabilities: Improve and optimize Power BI dashboards by enhancing visualizations and increasing the relevance and usability of insights for the broader Supply Chain team.
- Supply Chain Efficiency Analysis: Conduct structured analyses to identify opportunities that improve customer supply chain efficiency and/or cost.
- Customer Logistics Improvements: Support initiatives to identify and drive process, service, or cost improvements within Customer Logistics, such as shipment optimization, order flow enhancements, and root-cause analysis of inefficiencies.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Technical Skills: Strong Expertise in AI tools (including MS Copilot)
Technical Skills: Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint
Enrolled for Fall 2026 semester in Supply Chain Management/Business Degree
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Pursuing Business Admin with Supply Chain Management specialization
Experience in a Supply Chain Related field: Customer Service, Logistics, Manufacturing, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning experience
Technical Skills: SAP
