The Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) Internship offers talented students the chance to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real world impact. You won’t just be observing; you will be a key player in transforming our Warehouse Analytics landscape. This role is designed for those who want to help us move beyond standard reporting and dive into high impact projects that redefine how we move and manage products across North America.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 1 year based on year of school and/or performance
Responsibilities:
Data Transformation: Assist in the evolution of WH analytics by transitioning from static reporting to dynamic, predictive insights that drive operational excellence.
High-Impact Analytics Visualization Creation: Help create visuals in DOMO, Sigma and Looker Studio and capture supplier data to create real time, historical and predictive analytics.
Reporting Automation: Ensure the visuals and reports created can run “hands-off” with no or minimum maintenance.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Multi-functional teams, including Customer Engagement, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and 3PL partners to streamline end-to-end supply chain flow.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Working toward Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, Logistics or Engineering, Management Information Systems/Information Systems, or similar Undergraduate Degree
Junior in College who is Graduating Spring 2027 or Sophomore Graduating in Spring 2028
Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work 20 hours per week during school, full time during summer months
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Suite, SQL, Python, Sigma and Domo
Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedule demands
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $25.00 - $28.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
