The Customer Service, Logistics and Inventory Planner is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and seamless logistics coordination across Canadian markets. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication with customers and commercial teams, and the ability to balance service excellence with operational efficiency. The position collaborates closely with internal teams (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial Sales) and external partners/customers to maintain optimal inventory levels and deliver superior service. This role may either be located in Montreal, or Toronto. This is a hybrid role.

  • Manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including order entry, monitoring, and delivery coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Oversee inventory planning and reporting for key provincial partners
  • Support billing, credit/debit processing, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor logistics performance and ensure timely, complete deliveries.
  • Provide regular inventory and performance reports to stakeholders.

  • Ensure accurate inventory planning and timely fulfillment.
  • Balance service levels with cost and operational constraints.
  • Strong customer service acumen along with proven negotiation skills to deliver superior service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve exceptions proactively.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or supply chain roles
  • French written and verbal communication skills are strongly preferred
