In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring equipment is maintained proactively by coordinating preventive maintenance activities, supporting service planning, and managing documentation and invoicing processes. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Description: What You’ll Do - Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for customer equipment - Monitor equipment usage and service intervals to ensure timely maintenance - Create and manage service work orders and maintenance requests - Review and validate parts requirements to ensure accuracy and availability - Coordinate parts ordering and track fulfillment - Communicate upcoming service requirements with internal teams and stakeholders - Support service execution by ensuring all required documentation and work orders are complete - Close work orders and support invoicing processes - Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems What You Bring - Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively - Experience with data entry, documentation, or coordination roles Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) - Experience with ERP, service, or maintenance management systems is an asset Experience & Education - Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or a related field is an asset - 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or service-related roles - Experience in equipment, fleet, or maintenance environments is considered an asset Why Join Us - Join a stable and growing organization supporting essential industries - Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment - Develop valuable experience in service coordination and asset management - Access opportunities for long-term career growth At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
