Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Fleet Coordinator to support ongoing service operations for a portfolio of customer equipment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring equipment is maintained proactively by coordinating preventive maintenance activities, supporting service planning, and managing documentation and invoicing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and has a strong focus on accuracy and customer service. Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Description: What You’ll Do - Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for customer equipment - Monitor equipment usage and service intervals to ensure timely maintenance - Create and manage service work orders and maintenance requests - Review and validate parts requirements to ensure accuracy and availability - Coordinate parts ordering and track fulfillment - Communicate upcoming service requirements with internal teams and stakeholders - Support service execution by ensuring all required documentation and work orders are complete - Close work orders and support invoicing processes - Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems What You Bring - Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively - Experience with data entry, documentation, or coordination roles Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) - Experience with ERP, service, or maintenance management systems is an asset Experience & Education - Post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or a related field is an asset - 2–4 years of experience in coordination, administration, or service-related roles - Experience in equipment, fleet, or maintenance environments is considered an asset Why Join Us - Join a stable and growing organization supporting essential industries - Be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment - Develop valuable experience in service coordination and asset management - Access opportunities for long-term career growth At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
