Job Description Summary

The CSA Services Operations Finance Analyst is responsible for closing and pacing activities for the HDGT CSA Business line to ensure timely and accurate financials. Areas of responsibility include project set up, performing contract margin reviews, pacing validation, monthly & quarterly closing activities, account reconciliation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all financial aspects of project accounting for HD Services CSA projects including project setup, actuals booking, revenue recognition, manual journal entries and reconciliations, monthly / quarterly closing and reporting for the contracts assigned
  • Review and reconcile periodic balance sheet accounts related to projects & prepare and present balance sheet reviews as required
  • Perform Margin Review (CMR) and CONFIRM reconciliation
  • Download & prepare SONIC data as part of the pacing process
  • Monitor intercompany transactions related to projects & partner with central IBS team to problem solve rejects & holds
  • Identify and execute on Lean / AI projects with global impact on CSA portfolio and partner with ERP finance on ERP deployments and continuous improvement ideas
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and contract terms

Required Qualifications

  • BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent international degree
  • Prior experience in Finance and/or Operations
  • At least 2 years experience in a finance role (FMP, OFLP, other internal GEV role)

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $96,100.00 and $160,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
