This role sits at the heart of cross-functional execution, supporting strategic initiatives that span finance, legal, compliance, systems, and business operations. You will help bring structure to complex, high-impact programs, ensuring priorities are aligned and execution stays on track across multiple stakeholders. Acting as a key connector between teams, you will translate ambiguity into clear plans and measurable progress. Accountabilities
In this role, you will coordinate and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and support strategic transformation efforts across the organization. You will manage complex workstreams while ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution discipline across multiple teams.
- Lead and manage cross-functional programs spanning finance, legal, tax, compliance, revenue operations, and business systems
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications across concurrent initiatives
- Drive execution of large-scale transformation efforts including process redesign, systems implementation, data migration, and operating model changes
- Support enterprise integration initiatives, including Siemens-related projects, from planning through execution and go-live readiness
- Improve operational workflows through automation opportunities, process optimization, and enhanced reporting structures
- Support budget tracking, spend visibility, and reporting for key strategic initiatives
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and control weaknesses, and help design practical, scalable solutions
- Act as a central coordination point ensuring alignment, documentation, and follow-through across teams
Requirements
This position is suited to professionals with a background in audit, risk advisory, internal controls, or IT risk who are ready to transition into broader business operations and transformation-focused work. You bring structure, discipline, and analytical thinking to complex, evolving environments.
- 3–5+ years of experience in audit, internal controls, IT risk, risk advisory, or related fields
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving systems, governance, compliance, or operational change
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize complex workstreams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and defining structure where processes are not yet fully established
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear actions
- Experience with enterprise systems, process documentation, or implementation support is highly desirable
- Familiarity with finance, legal, tax, compliance, or revenue operations processes is an asset
- Exposure to CRMs or other business systems is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to drive follow-through independently
