DescriptionOverview:
The position is responsible for Internal Order Processing:
- Determining Production line set-ups for all workstations. Prepares necessary paperwork forms such as internal orders and receivers (corrugate inbounds). Audits, counts and inspects product while staging units (cases, materials from storage).
- Assign material handler to picks internal orders and puts away final SKU’s utilizing knowledge of shipping, receiving, and replenishment best practices.
- Ensure all corrugation materials are replenished at workstations.
- Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks and dollies. Also operates different Attachment as Forks, Push Pull and Clamp to handle Corrugate, pallets and product (cereal).
- During production, responsible for assigning material handler to move all cardboard coming from production lines to baler area or dumps materials into the cardboard roll-off located outside the warehouse.
- Receives corrugation materials and verifies quantities per BOL and puts away corrugation in designated locations.

- Determine line balance and ID bottlenecks within the process.
- Meet customer requirements based on MAI (Material Assembly Instructions)
- Report Daily Results Actual vs. Target
- Review Job due date and ID any OT needed, work with VAS Lead / CSR
- Receives corrugation materials and verifies quantities per BOL and puts away corrugation in designated locations.

QualificationsQualifications:
- High School Diploma or 2-3 years in similar role
- Line Setup / Line Balance / Tack Time / Some Lean Six Sigma exposure (Yellow / Green Belt)
- Excel / Word / Data entry / FL Certified
- English (Spanish a plus)

The hourly wage for this position is $21.50
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am - 2:45pm.
