Community Operations Manager

Seldin Company is seeking a Community Operations Manager at Big Mountain and Gateway Village Apartments apartment communities located in Whitefish and Kalispell, MT. These are conventional communities with 94 total units. This position will offer a competitive hourly wage, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. This position will require oncall after hours emergency maintenance 24/7.

What You Will Do

The Community Operations Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, maintaining the site's physical condition and appearance and effectively leading the site staff.  This role works to ensure profitability, quality service, marketing, and resident relations of the property while maintaining the company's investment. The Community Operations Manager will manage the property office and maintenance responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements

• Leadership and team development
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

• Two years of management experience

• Three to four years of property management experience and/or training

• General maintenance experience, knowledge of safety procedures, safety-conscious, steady, dependable, and courteous

• Associates or Bachelors degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered
