As a Commercial Village Services & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day operations for FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC26) at your assigned venue. In this role, you’ll assist with deliveries, stock movement, and basic logistics tasks to ensure that the Commercial Village and key On Location areas stay organized and operate smoothly. You’ll work closely with senior team members and various Functional Areas to help keep the flow of goods efficient and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) by helping coordinate deliveries, stock movement, and vendor access within the commercial village areas.
Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing product-specific gifting items and other inventory at the venue's commercial village.
Help move requested stock from storage to designated areas, working closely with Guest Experience and other Functional Areas.
Maintain basic inventory records, ensuring items are clearly labeled, stored safely, and easy to locate.
Help monitor the flow of goods throughout the commercial village and report any issues to supervisors or managers.
Provide simple, timely updates to Functional Areas about stock availability or delivery timing.
Work with sustainability, waste management, and housekeeping teams to ensure materials are handled and disposed of correctly.
Assist with tracking and documenting assets that may be reused or repurposed after the event.
Experience/Qualifications Needed:
5+ years of logistics, operations, or event delivery experience, ideally in large-scale sports or live events.
Proven ability to manage delivery schedules, storage compounds, and vendor/contractor coordination.
Strong expertise in logistics systems, inventory control, and vehicle flow management.
Confident decision-maker with the ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
Background working in fast-paced, deadline-driven, multi-stakeholder environments.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. (or country-equivalent measurement), with or without reasonable accommodation.
Comfortable standing for extended periods, except where sitting is required by law or reasonable accommodation.
Conversational English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without assistance or sponsorship.
Ability to pass accreditation process.
*The compensation for this role is $1800 weekly.
