Clinical Research Site Manager
St. Petersburg, FL
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at our St. Petersburg site. This role oversees study execution, staff performance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to drive high-quality research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinical trial operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Partner with Clinical Operations on study planning, feasibility, and budgets
- Oversee patient recruitment, enrollment, and visit coordination
- Lead, train, and support clinical research staff
- Maintain regulatory standards, SOP adherence, and quality control
- Monitor site performance and conduct staff evaluations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical degree (RN, NP, PA, or Master’s) preferred
- 3+ years of clinical research experience
- Prior leadership or team management experience required
