As a Client Service Analyst in our Securities Services Custody Client Facing team, you will support institutional investors by helping ensure their trades settle smoothly and their assets are safeguarded and serviced across global markets. You will work closely with internal partners to respond to inquiries, resolve exceptions, and improve processes so clients have a consistent, high-quality experience. You’ll learn the trade lifecycle, develop strong stakeholder-management skills, and contribute to a culture that values teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality daily service and operational support to internal and external clients
  • Monitor client inquiries and service requests, tracking progress and ensuring timely resolution
  • Investigate non-routine issues and exceptions, coordinating with internal partners to drive closure
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, setting expectations and providing accurate updates
  • Document issue details, actions taken, and outcomes to support consistent service and controls
  • Escalate risks and time-sensitive issues appropriately, helping protect client outcomes and service levels

 Required qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of financial markets, trade lifecycle, and settlement practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to business intelligence tools (I.E. Tableau, LLMs, MS Office Suite); comfortable working with data
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proactive mindset to drive change

 

Preferred qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with global custody or post-trade operations concepts
  • Familiarity with financial messaging and payments concepts (for example, SWIFT, foreign exchange, reconciliations)
  • Self-starter, ability to learn quickly, Strong leadership skills with focus to mitigate risks and taking proactive approach to ensure “Best in Class” result.
