Client Operations Enrollment & Waiver Analyst

The Waiver & Enrollment Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient setup of school waiver and enrollment processes. This position is responsible for configuring enrollment and waiver workflows within the system, maintaining compliance with established operational standards, and verifying setup accuracy through quality assurance checks. Analysts will handle service escalations, resolve complex enrollment requests, and collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency.

Your Impact

• Manage and configure waiver and enrollment processes to ensure timely and accurate school setup.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate process accuracy and compliance with best practices.
• Address complex service escalations related to waiver and enrollment requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and document best practices for efficient enrollment and waiver processing across schools.
• Evaluate operational workflows to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in training and process documentation to support service teams on new features and procedures.
• Support operational teams by handling escalated requests, such as adjustments to student waivers, enrollment corrections, and compliance modifications.
• Provide operational reporting and insights to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Successful Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous business operations system Configuration and data analysis experience preferred
• Experience in the student healthcare industry preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail in process execution.
• PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
