As a Class 5 Driver, you’ll safely deliver, load, and recover a variety of rental equipment, tools, and supplies to customer job sites across urban, suburban, and rural areas. We are targeting $26-27/hr. What You’ll Do Operate a single‑axle rollback, flat deck, or stakebody truck Load, secure, deliver, and pick up rental equipment Navigate safely in tight areas, including active construction zones Provide excellent customer service at every delivery Perform basic troubleshooting or minor repairs on equipment Demonstrate proper equipment use when needed Requirements Must Have Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions Nice to Have Experience operating commercial or rental equipment Experience with crane trucks or equipment deliveries Mechanical aptitude for minor on‑site adjustments Strong customer service mindset Why You’ll Love Working Here Local driving only — be home every night Competitive wages Comprehensive benefits, including: Prescription, dental, and vision coverage Short- and long‑term disability RRSP matching program Paid vacation + paid sick days Safety boot reimbursement Clear career paths: move into sales, operations, service management, or mechanic roles Strong safety culture + supportive team environment Internal promotion is a top priority Who Succeeds in This Role?
