In this role, you will play a key part in supporting PennDOT’s district offices by managing the full lifecycle of consultant engineering agreements. Your responsibilities will include administering requests for consultant services, reviewing and evaluating proposals, negotiating agreement terms, preparing final documents, and overseeing the execution of approved agreements.
You will collaborate closely with consultants and district representatives to negotiate agreement details, assist with updates to existing agreement documents—including Publications 93 and 442—and troubleshoot issues related to invoicing or agreement execution. You may also visit engineering districts to discuss processes, address challenges, and ensure consistency across the Commonwealth.
This position requires a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license and offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a role that directly supports PennDOT’s mission and statewide infrastructure initiatives.
