Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Six years of professional full-time experience in operations, program management, change management, high-level executive support, or other related work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking and problem solving with a track record of successful service delivery.
- Experience effectively leading the work of others by providing guidance and motivation while establishing goals and expectations of accountability.
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Valid driver license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 10 years of progressively responsible and effective experience in operations, program management, change management, including employee leadership.
- Experience with facility maintenance, construction, and project management.
- Project Manager Professional Certification
- Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the operational advisor and designee to the Division Chief, acting as a central point of coordination for division initiatives and problem resolution.
- Oversee and coordinate employee-related matters for the division, including hiring actions, staffing changes, disciplinary actions, recruitment, and onboarding processes in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Proactively resolve complex or sensitive administrative and operational issues escalated by division staff or delegated by the Division Chief, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
- Lead and manage high-priority and special projects on behalf of division leadership, including planning, execution, communication, and evaluation of results.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve standardized administrative and business operations processes, including financial management, budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and reporting, to enhance efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
- Provide oversight of cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment and follow-through on division priorities and action plans.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring information flow, transparency, and coordinated execution of division goals.
- Act as a liaison between the Division Chief and stakeholders, including district leadership, staff, partners, and external agencies.
- Monitor operational performance, identify trends or systemic challenges, and recommend process or policy improvements to the Division Chief.
- Establish and maintain accountability-based reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and briefing materials for division leadership and stakeholders.
- Represent the Division Chief as assigned in meetings requiring operational leadership or cross-department alignment.
- Ensure compliance with district policies, applicable laws, and regulations in division administrative operations.

Additional Job Information
U18, $91,759.20, 255 days. Compensation may increase based upon relevant education and experience.
This position is funded for the 2026–27 school year, with an anticipated start date on or after July 1, 2026.
