Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Category Manager, Bakery on a permanent basis on our Category Development team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be based anywhere in Western Canada. Preference will be given to candidates located in Saskatoon, SK.
Drive the growth of bakery offerings across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) by leading product assortment, marketing strategies, and vendor negotiations. If you're passionate about fresh bakery innovation and strategic category management, this role is for you!

Who you’ll work with:
The Team: You will have one Category Management Specialist reporting into you and will report into the Senior Manager, Category Development. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven.
The Collaborators: You will work collaboratively with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Shared Services including the Store Brands Specialist, to execute strategies in-store, communicate retail expectations, and identify new product or program opportunities.
The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting local Co-op Food Stores.
