About the Role

The Case Inventory Manager (CIM) oversees the full lifecycle of post-acquisition cases managed by Tort Intake Professionals (TIP). This role ensures every case is accurately tracked from initial intake through resolution, maintaining the integrity of client data, documentation, and law firm alignment. The CIM serves as the central point of accountability for case tracking accuracy, cross-departmental coordination, and leadership reporting—playing a key role in audit readiness and operational excellence.


What you’ll do

  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of all post-acquisition cases within assigned campaigns, ensuring accurate status updates and case progression tracking.
  • Monitor and reconcile client and case data across multiple internal and external systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting dashboards and summaries for leadership review.
  • Identify data discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information and coordinate resolution with data and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and law firm partners to ensure up-to-date case information and effective communication.
  • Anticipate and proactively address issues related to documentation, data integrity, and process delays.
  • Maintain historical records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen data governance, reporting reliability, and team efficiency.
  • Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all case-related updates and communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Data Analytics, or a closely related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in case management, data reporting, or legal operations (mass tort experience preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and maintain data integrity under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position requires verification of employment eligibility in accordance with federal law, and participation in E-Verify.

Salary: $36 - $38  Hourly, based on skills and experience
