Job Title: Campus Operations Coordinator


Location: Mainly Remote, occasional travel to all campus locations


Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST


Start Date: July 6, 2026


End Date: September 30, 2027. This a maternity leave contract


Compensation: $50,000 anually



The Opportunity:

The major purpose of the Campus Operations Coordinator is to provide administrative, project management, and organizational support to the Vice President, Operations, Regional Directors of Operations, and campus teams. This role also involves data gathering, analysis, and preparing presentations.


What you'll be doing:

  • Provide support to the Vice President, Operations, and other operational leaders.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, create agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Manage and direct escalated student and alumni issues.
  • Update and distribute policies and procedures.
  • Proactively assists with managing the Vice President, Operations calendar.
  • Collecting data, building, and/or maintaining reports.
  • Assist with Company events and meetings.
  • Update and maintain all training manuals related to Operations positions.
  • Develop and update XCAS (CRM) user directions that support policy and procedures.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the campuses.
  • Create, maintain, and administer Operations forms and templates.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for campus Administrative Assistant and Program Administrator roles.
  • Maintain record of transcripts and upload records to Career Colleges Ontario “STEPS” database and assist with Ministry of Colleges and Universities KPI reporting. 
  • Prepare presentations, reports, communications, and other materials.
  • Other duties as assigned, and which are in the best interests of the College.


What you bring to the position:

  • Two to Five years of work experience in customer service (preferably with students), with at least one year supporting a senior management position.
  • Experience with data analysis, preparation of presentations, and proofreading or editing text.
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, primarily focused on Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience in project coordination/management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid provincial driver’s license,
