Why You'll Love This Role

As our Campaign Operations Lead, you’ll sit at the center of our marketing engine, owning campaign execution, tracking performance, ensuring everything we put into the market meets a high bar. You’re an operator responsible for turning strategy into execution and execution into revenue. Your work will directly impact leads, revenue, and how we scale into new markets, helping us grow Circuit Stream into a $10M+ education brand in Canada and the U.S. This is not a people management role. You are expected to personally drive execution, not delegate it.

What You’ll Be Doing:


Own Campaign Performance
  • Track campaign pacing against revenue targets and ensure we stay on plan.
  • Analyze performance by market, course, and channel.
  • Compare results vs prior periods and forecasts.
  • Identify underperformance and propose actions to improve results.

Plan & Execute Campaigns
  • Translate strategy into executable campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure all campaign assets align with goals and are delivered on time and at a high quality bar.

Lead Launches
  • Own execution of new market launches, course launches, and promotions.
  • Ensure campaigns launch cleanly across marketing, admissions, and partners.
  • Work with designers and developers to execute landing pages.
  • QA full funnel experience (forms, flows, CRM, checkout).
  • Continuously improve conversion performance.

Manage Assets and Vendors
  • Source and coordinate freelancers (designers, photographers, videographers).
  • Ensure assets meet brand and campaign needs.
  • Manage timelines and delivery of creative assets.

Own Reporting & Visibility
  • Own campaign reporting and ensure performance is visible, accurate, and actionable.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Sheets) to track performance and support campaign decisions.
  • Keep revenue and results top-of-mind across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5+ years in marketing, growth, or campaign management roles.
  • You’ve owned campaigns or projects end-to-end and can clearly speak to outcomes and performance.
  • Sharp eye for quality, you notice what others miss.
  • Data-aware, you understand performance and make decisions based on it.
