Job Description

1. Migration & Technical Execution

  • Assist in migrating existing code and processes to the cloud by applying your technical skills
  • Work with fellow analysts to support the migration of campaigns and processes
  • Participate in code conversion, validation, and testing activities to ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist in removing roadblocks to successfully execute cloud migration

2. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Collaborate closely with ETL and data teams to understand the details of our cloud architecture
  • Guide and support other analysts—especially those who primarily use SAS and Alteryx—in converting their code and building their skills with cloud-based tools
  • Develop and share expertise on how to solve using the cloud tools selected for each project

3. Training, Documentation & Stakeholder Support

  • Assist in developing materials and advising stakeholders on setup, training, best practices, documentation, metadata, and access to necessary tools/information

Campaign Operations Responsibilities:

As migration winds down, this role will transition to a campaign operations team, supporting various business lines—including consumer lending, consumer deposits, and operations. The position collaborates with partners across Marketing and Product teams to execute customer communications and drive campaign success.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable campaign and analytics requirements
  • Build and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish using SAS and other relevant tools
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of campaign data to verify that results meet expectations

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful campaigns and data
  • Coordinate closely with product and marketing teams in Adobe Workfront to effectively gather project requirements, obtain approvals and management timelines
  • Manage the delivery of campaign materials to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate and prioritize campaign tasks and deliverables as needed

Analytics, Optimization & Compliance

  • Work with Analytics and Reporting teams to ensure campaign tracking and reporting objectives are met
  • Continuously optimize campaign processes and workflows to improve efficiency and increase output
  • Document campaign audit requirements to support risk management and compliance efforts

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, campaign development, or database marketing operations
  • Proficiency with programming languages and tools such as Python, SQL, SAS, and/or Databricks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Snowflake)
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., DB2, SQL Server, Azure)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating in agile, team-oriented environments
  • Working with requestors to gather requirements and carry out the development through audience creation
  • Collaboration with business lines to develop new campaign strategies and capabilities
  • Project management experience and ability to lead initiatives from inception to completion
  • Financial services experience is a plus

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
