Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in procurement and project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects
• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
• Ability to work directly for the company on W2
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals
• Oversee and manage complex procurement projects from initiation to completion
• Provide guidance to a team of procurement professionals
• Foster and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
• Leverage technology solutions to enhance procurement processes
