Position Location: On-site, Benshaw, 615 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours
Job Responsibilities:
Issue and manage purchase orders for assigned commodities in accordance with production schedules and inventory requirements
Communicate with suppliers on order status, delivery dates, and any supply issues or discrepancies
Monitor open purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
Support supplier data entry and maintenance in IFS ERP system
Assist in reviewing RFQ packages and gathering competitive quotes from approved suppliers
Work collaboratively with internal teams including Planning, Engineering, and Receiving to resolve supply issues
Help identify alternate suppliers or components when lead times are at risk
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1+ year of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related administrative role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with MRP systems
