Who We’re Looking For

What You’ll Do

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for procuring products and services essential to company operations while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring efficient inventory availability. You'll collaborate daily with vendors, logistics teams, customer service representatives, and internal stakeholders to support the organization's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track purchase orders from creation through delivery. 
  • Develop and recommend pricing strategies to support company objectives. 
  • Communicate regularly with manufacturers and vendors to ensure efficient procurement processes. 
  • Partner closely with Logistics and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and inventory requirements. 
  • Provide updated pricing, availability, and product substitution information to internal teams. 
  • Generate purchase orders, monitor stock levels, expedite orders, and authorize payments for approved purchases. 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendor partners. 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions while leveraging purchasing opportunities. 
  • Research products, services, and suppliers to support operational and strategic initiatives. 
  • Assist with inventory planning and oversee annual inventory activities. 
  • Analyze purchasing data and market conditions to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or related experience. 
  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, healthcare, or medical supply industries strongly preferred. 
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Experience with inventory management systems and purchasing software. 
  • Knowledge of NetSuite software is a plus. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
