Position Summary:
Manages replenishment and procurement for the United Trimen warehouse, serving as a generalist. Supports product life-cycle management and acts as the primary divisional resource and contact for all inventory and supplier-related business needs.
Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000
Essential Functions:
Responsible for releasing Purchase Orders, and replenishing inventory.
Reviews and actions daily reports and KPI’s.
Supports product life cycle management (new product introduction through product discontinuance).
Supports new supplier and item set-up process and system activities.
Supports inventory management activities for all product conversions.
Collaborates with suppliers to solve quality and/or service problems; expedites deliveries as necessary.
Monitors market conditions (weather, seasonality, raw materials) and product availability to effectively manage inventory, ensuring customer supply and minimizing waste.
Responsible for primary and backup sourcing solutions.
Aligns with, and supports enterprise procurement philosophies while meeting divisional business objectives.
Works closely with sales and merchandising teams to meet all customer product needs.
Responsible for the disposition of long, outdated and obsolete inventory.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Self-Management: Self-directed with the capacity to manage distractions, repetitive tasks, prioritize effectively, adapt to workload fluctuations, and handle ambiguity.
Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages).
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
Time Management: Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and executing work processes efficiently.
Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of principles and methods for transporting goods via various modes (air, rail, sea, or road), including an understanding of associated costs and benefits.
Customer Service: Understanding of principles and processes for delivering high-quality customer service.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and developing solutions to complex problems through comparison, classification, innovation, analysis, coordination, and replication. May involve referring to established precedents and policies.
Product and Category Knowledge: Advanced understanding of supply chain principles and techniques.

Desktop or laptop computer
Networked printer/copier
Google Apps (Gmail, Chrome, Calendar, Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets, Drive, Sites, Groups)
Knowledge of ERP softwares (SAP preferred)
