The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting business processes and needs related to our SAP ERP platform and its connected systems, specifically in the area of supply chain management. The analyst will play a key role in optimizing, improving, simplifying, and standardizing all related practices and processes.
In addition, this role will support the organization by optimizing supply chain ERP processes based on best practices and by contributing expertise across the organization. The analyst is expected to bring an innovative mindset, challenge the status quo, and foster buy-in from logistics teams and stakeholders. He/she will act as an ambassador and leader in promoting a culture of continuous improvement in procedures and processes.

Salary range 005: 82 600$ to 103 200$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
What this role involves:
Identify how SAP practices can be leveraged to improve warehousing and logistics processes, support process harmonization across countries, and align with the standard solution.
Assess business needs and requirements across plants, distribution centers, and external warehouses through process analysis, collaboration, and observation. Identify efficiency opportunities (to improve productivity and performance) and lead related initiatives (automation, process improvement).
Provide user support (inquiries, incidents, resolutions, features, procedures, knowledge sharing).
Develop the TDA/super user community by enhancing knowledge levels, training tools, and networking.
Build relationships and collaborate with various teams and experts across sites and departments.
Participate in solution design (identify and document options, strategies, and impacts; model processes and requirements; translate technical objectives for functional and development teams; participate in testing and support deployment of selected solutions).
Implement rigorous performance measures using balanced scorecard principles to evaluate performance and reduce variability/defects in critical warehousing and logistics processes.
Drive organizational change, propose creative business solutions, and optimize existing processes.
What you need to join our team:
2 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst in supply chain management, distribution, transportation, DSD, or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Training in continuous improvement (Lean – an asset).
Experience in implementing change management strategies.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.
Willingness to travel (Canada and USA) approximately 20% of the time.
