Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Business Operations Analyst. You will be collaborating with our business operations and technical teams managing assigned data-related projects, providing administrative support and other projects and assignments related to reporting across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Function as the overall data support project liaison between users, functional and IT team, and vendors to facilitate the creation and maintenance of project plan, dependencies, timelines, prioritization, risks, tracking budget versus actual and all delivery capabilities across the Program life cycle.
  • Works collaboratively with Operation teams, Provider Relations, IT, and other corporate functions to plan, develop, coordinate, and execute major Programs for the company.
  • Continually evaluates risks, collects and analyzes data and provides recommendations to management for necessary decision making.
  • Communicate analysis results and supporting data to Senior Management Team
  • Responsible for report enhancements and modifications, partnering with other departments as needed such as business operations and IT teams
  • Provide training to external clients on LQTC proprietary applications(s) as necessary
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) in support of technology systems/changes
  • Other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of related experience. Experience in lieu of education may also be considered.
    • Minimum 4+ years of previous experience in project management and administrative support.
    • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI) background investigation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • PMP Certification
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
    • Proficient skills with MS Office
    • Advanced experience w/ Excel
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational, follow-up and multi-tasking skills
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Strong ability to utilize various project management methodologies and tools to coordinate and manage projects
    • Exceptional Written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to quickly foster relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization

    • Additional levels will be considered for this role. Below is the years of experience required and the compensation range for each respective level.

      • Level 2: 2 - 4 years exp.  Comp range $63,300 - $85,650
      • Level 3: 4 - 7 years exp.  Comp range $74,250 - $100,450
      • Level 4: 7 -10 years exp. Comp range $95,350 - $129,200
