We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead customer journey strategy from awareness and conversion through onboarding and deepening. This role will play a critical part in uncovering actionable insights, and translating them into data-driven marketing strategies that drive conversion, activation and retention.
As the Becoming a Customer Business Analysis & Operations Lead in Consumer Bank Marketing, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Becoming a Customer in both day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. You will manage a diverse book of work, lead the development of executive agendas and materials, manage our product portfolio and foster cross-functional relationships to ensure controlled execution of marketing and product initiatives. This role offers significant visibility to senior leaders and opportunities for impactful contributions and professional growth.
Job responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of key priorities and business activities; help prioritize, implement, and measure business goals and targets
- Support portfolio management and drive delivery, reporting and progress against business objectives for Becoming a Customer products
- Facilitate cross-product prioritization, sequencing, and trade-off discussions within Becoming a Customer and across co-suppliers
- Lead development of executive agendas and materials for key meetings; ensure effective representation in business reviews, cross-LOB forums, and CMO/CEO updates
- Create effective meeting materials and build executive-level presentation skills
- Drive team engagement by planning and executing team meetings and offsites
- Drive consistent cross-functional operating rhythms and ensure clear, aligned communication with stakeholders
- Enable operational efficiencies through strong organization and identification of process improvements
- Execute a range of projects independently—from quick-turn requests to larger initiatives—responding to team and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with Finance, Data & Analytics, Tech, Architecture, Design, Communications, and HR to drive business outcomes and controlled execution

- 3+ years of experience managing projects in a marketing, product or adjacent environment
