Production Paint Pack – General Laborer

 2nd shift $17.50

We are looking for a motivated and dependable laborer to join our team! You will need physical strength, good hand-eye coordination, and endurance.

Drug test required - some positions may require a background check

Reliable transportation is required as the company has more than one location

Lithia Springs/Fulton Industrial area

 

Must be able to speak Spanish fluently

Manufacturing experience required

We are looking for temp to hire candidates that are reliable, great work ethic, and team players. Attendance issues will NOT be allowed

URGENT START

Monday-Thursday 3pm-130am $17.50


1-2 year of recent manufacturing experience

Someone with experience in the paint department from a manufacturing company is ideal

Responsibilities

  • Hang various metal parts (such as rods) on the moving welding ring

  • Remove various metal parts (such as ground anchors) from paint assembly line

  • Pack various parts into boxes and palletize

  • Maintain equipment in good condition

  • Report on issues and defective parts

  • Using foot stapler and/ or staple gun to assemble boxes

  • Various shop tasks as assigned

  • Always maintain clean work environment. Do not leave a mess for the next shift.

 

Skills

  • Good understanding of quality control principles

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition

 

Requirements

  • Able to stand 10+ hours

  • Able to work in a warehouse that is not temperature controlled

  • Able to lift +/- 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to see details at close range

 

PPE Requirements

 

  • Safety Glasses – Provided by the company

  • Work gloves – Provided by the company

  • Hearing Protection –Provided by the company

  • Steel toe safety shoes – Employees Responsibly
