🚀 We’re Hiring: Bilingual Acumatica ERP Implementation Consultant (Construction & Distribution)

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Acumatica ERP Implementation Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering successful ERP implementations, with a strong focus on the Construction and Distribution modules. You will also support our sales process by delivering pre-sales demos and working closely with the Sales team throughout the sales cycle.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementations
• Deliver engaging pre-sales demos and solution presentations
• Collaborate with Sales to support opportunity qualification and closing
• Configure and optimize Acumatica solutions based on client requirements
• Provide case-based support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Conduct end-user training and ensure smooth user adoption
• Deliver post-implementation support and continuous improvement

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English & French) – required
• Hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, especially Construction and Distribution modules
• Experience in pre-sales/demo environments and client-facing consulting
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices
• Background in Project Management and/or Business Systems Analysis is a strong asset
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple client engagements
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in implementation methodology and change management
• Ability to bridge technical and business requirements
• Experience supporting post-go-live clients in a consulting environment
