Miller & Bean is looking for an energetic, reliable, hands-on person to join our team as a B2B Customer Service & Operations Representative.
Miller & Bean is an established Toronto office coffee service company with 18 years of history serving businesses across the city and GTA. We help offices create better workplace experiences through coffee, beverages, snacks, equipment, and breakroom support.
Our customers rely on us to keep their workplace kitchens, coffee machines, supplies, and service areas running smoothly, professionally, and without hassle.
This is a full-time, customer-facing operations role. It is a mix of B2B customer service, deliveries, stocking, warehouse support, field work, and day-to-day operations.
This is not a desk job. You will be active throughout the day, moving between our warehouse and customer locations, helping keep client sites stocked and organized, delivering products, communicating with customers, checking service areas, and supporting the team wherever needed.
This can be a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants practical B2B customer service and operations experience, or for someone with a few years of solid work experience who is looking for steady full-time work with an established, independent Toronto company.
About the Role
As a B2B Customer Service & Operations Representative, you will represent Miller & Bean at customer locations and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.
Your work may include:
- Delivering coffee, beverages, snacks, and breakroom supplies to business customers
- Stocking and organizing customer kitchens, breakrooms, and service areas
- Checking coffee machines, beverage equipment, and customer supply areas
- Reporting machine issues, product needs, customer requests, and service concerns clearly
- Picking, packing, loading, and organizing customer orders
- Helping with warehouse organization, receiving products, and inventory support
- Completing supplier pickups, and other supply errands as needed
- Keeping vehicles, products, and work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, calm, and helpful way
- Following checklists, routes, instructions, and customer-site expectations
- Helping with other operational tasks as needed
No technical coffee equipment experience is required to start. We will train the right person on our products, customer routines, service standards, and basic equipment checks. Over time, there may be an opportunity to learn more about coffee equipment cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service.
