Automotive Light Assembly/Packaging

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Automotive Light Assembly/Packaging Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, packaging, and inspecting automotive lighting components with precision and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with manufacturing processes, and experience working in warehouse or production environments. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting focused on quality and efficiency.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm Friday 7:00am-1:00pm

Responsibilities

-Projection welding of nuts to metal stamping parts for the automotive industry
-Good attention to detail
-Very reliable, punctual, team oriented & ability to work independently unsupervised
-Ability to follow directions & communicate effectively
- Solid Time management skills
-Good attention to detail
-Work in a fast paced, high volume environment
-Ensure all aspects of Quality Assurance System are followed
-Identify and troubleshoot issues
-Must maintain a clean work environment
-Job requires bending, lifting, reaching, walking and standing
-Required to follow all Health & Safety Polices & Procedures
-Ability to lift 40 lbs
-Meet all safety requirements of the company
-Self Motivated & energetic

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environments preferred
• Familiarity with welding, machining, or mechanical knowledge is a plus
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and calipers is highly desirable
• Previous use of warehouse equipment and understanding of assembly processes will be beneficial
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $21.50-$23.00 per hour
