Join our team and help lead the next stage of growth for our company. We are currently seeking an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Help supervise store staff and support employee training activities
Work alternating shifts with the Store Manager to support daily operations
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by store leadership
Perform store opening and closing procedures
Prepare and manage daily bank deposits, including bank drop-offs
Obtain change for store operations when needed
Receive, organize, and process incoming merchandise shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Process customer purchases accurately in accordance with company procedures
Welcome customers, answer incoming calls, and provide assistance as needed
Support customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred
Previous assistant management or leadership experience is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
Valid driver’s license required; bilingual skills are an advantage
