Assistant Director of Operations Job Duties

As the Assistant Director of Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily clinic operations across Tennessee to maintain efficiency and quality care. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 
  • Staff Management: Support hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating operational staff. 
  • Workflow Optimization: Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction. 
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and supply chain logistics. 
  • Financial Support: Assist with budget development and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. 
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration across teams. 
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies. 
  • Special Projects: Lead operational initiatives and projects as assigned by executive leadership.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, healthcare management, or personal injury. 
  • Travel: Ability to travel to our main office in Georgia for initial training and periodic meetings.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to guide teams effectively. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities. 
  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management systems.
