Ambulatory Operations Intern

Responsibilities
Ambulatory operations work closely with marketing, registration, billing/insurance regulations, State and Federal inspection requirements, patient/employee satisfaction, growth, expansion, access and more. In this internship you will: 
•    Gain an understanding of business operations management 
•    Learn state inspection requirements 
•    Have the opportunity to learn budgeting with AXIOM software 
•    Collaborate with different departments and stake holders 

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
• Be in good academic standing
• Ideally pursuing degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 
• Students pursuing a Master of Health Administration are strongly encouraged to apply
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
