The Managing Director Office in Greater China is seeking a highly motivated and technically sharp intern to support internal AI automation, workflow optimization, and project operations.\\n\\nYou will work with colleagues to understand real needs, turn ideas into practical tools, and improve them through feedback. This is an opportunity to combine technical skills with creativity and collaboration, taking solutions from an initial idea into everyday use. As an AI \u0026 Project Operations Intern, you will help develop internal AI capabilities and support the day-to-day execution of departmental initiatives.\\n\\nIf you enjoy building useful things, learning quickly, and taking initiative to move work forward, we’d like to hear from you. \\n\\n

AI Workflows \u0026 Automation: Build, test, document, and maintain AI tools and automation workflows that simplify recurring tasks and improve internal communications, including consistency in content, structure, tone, and style.\\nLearning Platforms \u0026 Project Support: Apply AI and digital tools to improve internal learning and knowledge sharing platforms. Develop practical solutions, such as lightweight web interfaces, dashboards, or scripts, to support departmental projects.\\nEvent Operations: Support event planning and delivery through digital tools, workflow coordination, and on-site execution.\\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Understand colleagues’ needs, translate them into practical solutions, gather feedback, and communicate progress and issues proactively.\\n

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related technical discipline.\\nAvailable for a full-time internship for a minimum of six months.\\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.\\nAbility to write and debug code in Python or another relevant programming language to build practical tools.\\nHands-on experience building LLM applications or AI workflows through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.\\n

Takes initiative, works through obstacles, and follows through on commitments to deliver results.\\nCollaborates effectively, listens carefully, and explains technical ideas clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds.\\nLearns quickly, seeks feedback, and applies new knowledge to unfamiliar problems.\\nBrings structure to evolving requirements and manages competing priorities.\\nExperience building web interfaces, dashboards, API integrations, or workflow automation.\\nFamiliarity with prompt design and evaluation or local model deployment using tools such as Ollama or MLX.\\nExperience with database integration and data modeling, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with vector databases for AI/LLM applications.\\nExperience supporting event coordination or on-site operations.
