| Role Description: |
The Summer Intern, Procurement-Contract Compliance will assist the team in various aspects of contract compliance, including community and contractor engagement, database management, and invoice review. This role offers the intern a hands-on opportunity to support contractor engagement initiatives, contribute to invoice review processes, and work with databases to ensure compliance with regulations. The intern will gain exposure to procurement and contract compliance activities while interacting with contractors and supporting outreach efforts.

| Familiarity with basic database management and report generation. |
| Exposure to administrative tasks and reviewing documents in an academic or internship setting. |
| Minimum Education Requirements: |
| Must be currently enrolled fulltime in an undergraduate or graduate program |
| Must have at least 30 credit hours complete |
| Must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average |
| Required Skills: |
| High energy and strong work ethic to manage various tasks and responsibilities. |
| Good aptitude and eagerness to learn about procurement and compliance processes. |
| Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage data and create reports. |
